Solid interims from Workspace, with adjusted trading profit rising 65% to £20.4m and eps increasing 49% to 12.5p. Net asset value (NAV) per share rose almost 13% to 792p. Borrowings are conservative with loan to value just 20% while a bank refinancing saw cost of debt reduced from 5.4% to 4.8% and the maturity extended from June ’18 to June ’20.The group, which provides flexible office space to around 4,000 SMEs across London, increased net rental income 29% to almost £36m.
