FTSE-250 listed Renewi is a waste recycling specialist involved in collecting, sorting and processing plastics, glass, metal and construction waste and while this subject matter is not exactly fodder for animated dinner party conversation, its forecast busting results on 9th November mark the FOURTH such “ahead of expectations” event in a red hot four-month spell.While underlying growth for recycling is coming from Government push (tax rises for landfill and incinerators) and customer pull (reduce carbon emissions), there is a more immediate driver for Renewi.
