Homeserve, which sells home assisted insurance policies, unveiled double digit growth once more with pretax profit and eps rising 10% to £31.8m and 7.5p respectively, triggering another upgrade to forecasts.In the UK a 5% growth in policies to 5.8m thanks to the additions of the AA and nPower policy books, helped profit rise 11% to £10.2m. France and Spain together produced a profit of £16.1m, fractionally down on the previous year (£16.4m).However, the big growth opportunity is the US, where profit rose 28% to £14m (operating margins up from 10% to 11%).
