Housebuilder Vistry announced an in-line update. Materials costs are flattening out, although labour costs are expected to keep rising.The group’s forward sales position has strengthened to £3 billion and it’s fully sold for 2021.Peel Hunt’s eps forecast for 127p, rising to 151p, leaves the prospective PE on 9.2, falling to 7.7. Net cash of £225m is forecast, potentially fuelling a special dividend.I previously took part profits at 1301p (for a 151% gain) but with Peel’s price target of 1420p, there’s more to come.
