The shares hit new highs of 385p galvanised by Bitcoin’s whipsaw towards US$100,000 as investors recall how crypto mania previously drove windfall business gains (via increased verification of customer IDs). Interims were in line with last month’s pre-close update with revenues up 4.5% and operating profit gaining 21%. In a new note, Deutsche says the most encouraging part is evidence of improved execution such as better up sell and cross sell plus more new business. Net retention rate (reported on a 12 month rolling basis) improved from 94.9% a year ago to 100.2% as at 30 September and excitingly has a high ceiling given previous net retention was as high as 105-108%.
