The shares are at levels last seen in the spring of 2022 despite its third quarter saying trading remains in line with expectations. Overall Luceco’s revenues rose 3% in the three months ending 30 September and while like-for-like sales fell 3.6%, that reflects a phasing of activity; the strong Q4 order book supports full year revenue growth greater than 10%. Helped by falling freight costs, gross margins were “just below 40%” in Q3. Sales in residential RMI products have been encouraging, helping offset some softness in infrastructure markets.
