Litigation worries have been the main reason for the underperformance of shares in workflow and electronic document management provider, Comino, our main recommendation last September.   Results for the year ended 31 March, were respectableenough, with pretax profit rising 37% to £2.2m, before legal costs of£149,000, while earnings increased 28% to 10.7p (just below brokerforecasts of 11.5p).
