Chemring has announced the sale of its non-core marine lights business, which manufactures marine lights for lifejackets and liferafts, for £2.85m. The price was just shy of its gross asset value of £3m. The shares have been weak ever since the May shake-out and although there’s been no reason for it as of yet, we would suggest setting a stop-loss of 866p as a precaution. ...
