Escrow services firm, NCC has strengthened its smaller Assurance Testing division through the acquisition of SDLC for an initial £7.75m rising to a maximum £15m cash. SDLC, which provides a complementary range of software testing services, such as business analysis, project management, test resourcing and network performance analysis, is expected to report normalised earnings before interest and tax of £1.5m on revenues of £12m in the year to 30 April.Earlier, in a trading update covering the first ten months, NCC reported revenues were 13% ahead of the previous year with group escrow renewals forecast to be £14.5m for the year to 31 May, compared with £13.6m in 2009. ...
