Kentz' IMS covering the four months to end April was essentially steady as she goes, with the order book nudging up from US$2.4bn to US$2.46bn and new awards and natural growth from existing business expected to contribute continued revenue increases. Historically, Kentz has managed an average 25% organic rate of growth and expects this trend to continue while recent new awards include a commissioning services contract in Queensland and US$128m mechanical, electrical and instrumentation contract in Alberta, Canada. Overall the pipeline of prospects stands at US$10.8bn.The shares have drifted lower in line with the market and are starting to look quite cheap on a forward PE, excluding its cash pile, of 7.7. ...
