The shares hit a new high of 710p after Big Yellow released strong finals. Revenues, pretax profit and eps rose 17%, 35% and 32% to £84.3m, £39.4m and 27.1p respectively, while net asset value per share rose 14% to 510p. Net debt was £277m (2014: £226.1m) after buying the two-thirds interest in Pramerica it didn’t own, while income cover improved from 4.1x to a healthy 5.4x.The group owns 73 largely freehold centres focused in London, South East and large metropolitan cities, of which 70 are open, making for a current maximum lettable area of 5.1m sq. ft.
