Watches of Switzerland, a purveyor of luxury Swiss watches such as Rolex, Tag Heuer, Omega and Cartier, enjoyed a strong debut after being placed at 270p on the main market and rising to 312p in a listing that raised £140m net new money. This, alongside new banking facilities, will be used to redeem a £265m bond and reduce net debt to c. 1.6x EBITDA. Private equity group Apollo Global Management also sold £220m of shares.
