The shares took off vertically to a new high of 254p after property franchise group Belvoir announced trading for the four months to 30 April was materially ahead of expectations, with substantial growth across all three markets.Management Service Fees (MSF) rose 22% with MSF from lettings up 12% and MSF from sales rising a massive 81%.
