Franchise Brands has announced that it now expects adjusted EBITDA for FY’23 at the top end of the current range of market expectations of £29.3m to £30.1m. It will pay a 1.2p final dividend. Due to the acquisition of Pirtek Europe, it requires more extensive auditing (as a one-off) to “ensure its existing accounting policies comply with accounting standards.” This has pushed back results to the week ended 21st June with the AGM on 18th July.
