Hunting - Big order from KOC

The shares soared to a new high of 445p after Hunting won the largest orders in its history: US$145m with Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) followed by a follow-on order for US$86m less than three weeks later, boosting its order book to a record US$751m with visibility stretching into 2026. The orders, which will be funded through its existing US$150m asset based lending facility, comprise a large quantity of premium OCTG casing, threaded with Hunting’s proprietary SEAL-LOCK premium connection technology and will be fulfilled from Hunting’s Asia Pacific facilities. Revenue is expected to be recognised from late Q4 24 into FY25 and management now expects FY24 EBITDA to be towards the upper end of guidance (US$125m-US$135m). As Zeus ...
