Van rental group, Northgate's ability to avoid springing unpleasant trading surprises  has been rewarded with a useful re-rating and the shares have risen to 466p, up 56p on our recommendation price.  Its year-end trading statement showed that  although January and February were quiet, business subsequently returned to normal and results will be in line with expectations.
