Hardman, has just published a note commenting on Photo-Me's recent acquisition of certain key parts, patents and manufacturing facilities of Gretag's  central labs machines arm (CLE) for  £1.4m from the receivers. Until its recent financial problems, Gretag CLE held a 30% share of this world-wide market for high end minilab machines, as well as servicing the installed base.
