The Government's obsession with hitting performance targets in health and education has led to an unprecedented wall of money being thrown at these sectors, and this has trickled down into the public recruitment market which, at the last count, was worth £3bn a year.   One company attempting to take a slice of this actionis AIM debutante, Public Recruitment Group (PRG), an education and healthcare focused public sector recruitment group, which plans to build sales to over £100m, through a "buy and build" acquisition strategy.   In a placing by Collins Stewart PRG has floated on AIM at 136p, raising a net £9m new money.  Market value at the placing price is £30m.   PRG is led by a h ...
