Escrow solutions provider NCC has issued a trading statement covering its financial year ending 31 May. Although no revenue figure is given, NCC has disclosed that the number of escrow agreements has increased to 10,700 beneficiaries (from 10,300 in January). NCC is also getting to grips with its recruitment problems as its escrow sales team has increased by 13% to 60 people. Elsewhere, the order books for its Testing and Consultancy divisions have increased in line with expectations. We tipped the shares at 184p last November and recommended taking part profits at 270p, but this is a quality business and the remainder should be held. ...
