In a pre-close statement van rental firm, Northgate, announced that trading had remained strong and its results for the year ending 30 April would be in line with expectations, with fleet utilisation holding at 90%. In the UK, its network of hire companies now trades through 36 primary and 40 branch locations. Three more branches are due to open early in its new financial year and four existing primary locations will be upgraded to larger premises in order to increase capacity.
