Rok Property Solutions, which provides property development, construction and building maintenance services, is one of those nirvana-like shares which investors can safely lock away in the bottom drawer and find that on most timeframes they will make decent gains. We first met Rok's chief executive, Garvis Snook, exactly three years ago when we made the long trip down to its head office in Exeter.
