Town Centre - Retail property developer signals worst may be over

Retail property developer Town Centre has enjoyed the recent improvement in investor sentiment as much as any with the shares already double their low of 58p plumbed in February. But while most of its peers daren't be the first to call the bottom, Town Centre has been braver than most. Buried away in the text of a trading update this month was the comment that while property values have fallen slightly further at the start of this year, the trend of outward movement in yields may have run its course.
