NCC, the escrow solutions specialist, reported strong trading for the 10 months to 31 March with revenues up 25% (22% organic) to £72m, a slight acceleration over the 20% organic growth reported in H1. Within escrow, revenues rose 14% including the acquisition of US Escrow Associates, which is performing well. Repeat revenues remain strong with escrow renewals now forecast to be £17.3m (March 2011: £15.5m), helped by low contract termination rates of 12%. Within Assurance Testing sales grew a mighty 31% (organic: 25%) as the market continues to benefit from a heightened awareness of global hacking and risk of clients losing valuable data.
