The shares have pulled back from their recent highs of 165p but still show many-fold gains on our original buy price of 29p in May ‘09.With the consumer environment brightening considerably results were slightly ahead of forecast with revenues, pretax profit and eps rising 15%, 11% and 16% respectively to £166.5m, £20.4m and 6.9p. In spite of spending a record £26.1m on capital investment strong cash flow meant net cash increased by £1.4m to £5.8m. Although EBITDA margins per outlet rose 0.2% aided by higher average sales and less discounting Prezzo increased central costs on training, marketing and facilities management, which reduced operating profit margins by 0.6% to 12.9%.
