The sale of 23.37m shares by Astro 11, the vehicle for two non-executive directors, may have temporarily unsettled the shares but the factors supporting the growth of UAE private hospital operator, Al Noor, such as mandatory healthcare insurance, an ageing population and increases in lifestyle related medical conditions, remain intact.This was again illustrated by results, which showed revenues, underlying operating profit and eps rising 23%, 14% and 23% respectively to US$449m, US$85.4m and 69.5 cents.
