The shares leapt to a new high of 179.5p after Scapa announced that margins and trading profits will be ahead of expectations for the year ended 31 March 2015. This came thanks to a strong finish to the year, including an initial contribution from First Water, the £11.4m healthcare acquisition made in February. Healthy cash flow ensured the group ended the year with net debt of £3.4m, also better than expected.
