Shares in Curtis Banks, one of the largest administrators of SIPPs (self invested personal pensions) have continued to recover well. A first full year contribution from Suffolk Life helped it to increase adjusted operating profit by 51% to £10.7m with eps rising 48% to 15.4p. Strong cash generation increased net cash from £0.5m to £8.1m. Growth came through a 5% increase in SIPPs to 76,474, while assets under administration jumped almost 25% to £24.7bn.With Suffolk Life bedded in, a key focus now is to increase operating margins from the current 25% towards 30% in the medium-term.
