Subscribers may recall Future as a dot com wonder stock thanks to a stack of computer gaming titles including the rights to publish the official magazine for Sony Playstation 2 but after suffering a near death experience due to a hiatus in games console launches and high debts, the company has risen phoenix like from those ashes. The catalyst was the arrival of CEO Zillah Byng-Maddick in 2014 who oversaw a strategic re-launch as a digitally focused publisher, cleverly leveraging the content from its existing titles to build specialist websites in areas such as home improvement, photography and gaming and this has triggered several meaty eps upgrades.
