Shares in property franchise business Belvoir soared to an all-time high of 223p after results beat pre-Covid expectations, leading to double-digit upgrades. Sales grew 13% and with operating margin increasing from 32.8% to 34.9%, that translated to a 23% jump in eps to 16.7p.
