No sooner had the ink dried on the DX take-over (gain over write-up price: 161%) than two further bid approaches  materialized for TMI main recommendations, namely TClarke and Lok ‘n Store. TClarke announced receipt of a 160p cash offer plus 4.525p final dividend from Regent Group, a leading supplier of gas and metering services to industrial and commercial customers in the UK.
