A well-timed write-up last month, the shares spiked to an all-time high of 405p after TPFG’s finals revealed pretax profit 5% above forecasts at £11.2m with lettings resilient and the group outperforming the more challenging sales market. Post period end, the transformational merger with Belvoir was completed while pleasingly Q1 2024 was ahead of revenue and profit expectations. On Singer’s unchanged eps forecasts for 26.4p and then 31.5p in FY’25, next year’s prospective PE is only 12.9.
