Parkwood has released a trading update ahead of its move into the closed period, stating that pretax profits are expected to be £1.4m, inline with expectations.  Both Glendale Grounds  Management and the Leisure division performed well, but the overall performance will be slightly  held back by a disappointing performance  at Parkwood Healthcare, the group's  smallest division.   Meanwhile,the group has  achieved preferred bidder status on two moreleisure PFI contracts, with Breckland District Council (Norfolk) andthe London Borough of Croydon.  Assuming  these andBexley,  the other outstanding PFI contract at preferred bidderstage, are closed that would double Parkwood's PFI portfolio to 6.  Wh ...
