Following an encouraging trading statement from Rok last month, broker, Teather & Greenwood has edged up its earnings forecast for 2003 from 28.3p to 30p.  The trading statement confirmed that the forecast for a pretax profit of £6.5m and earnings of 21.3p  for the year to 31 December 2002 will be achieved  and that the integration of Llewellyn has gone well.   Chief executive,Garvis Snook, has impressed analysts by achieving a speedy disposal ofcertain of Llewellyn's property assets, that were not deemed to havedevelopment potential,  for  £5.6m, a premium to net assetvalue. £3m of this receipt will be used to pay down group net debt,which was £9.8m immediately following the Llewellyn d ...
