Yet another tip to succumb to a take-over this month is Ask, where TDR Capital and Capricron Ventures, which respectively own the Pizza Express and Nando's restaurant chains, have teamed up to make a recommended cash offer of 220p a share, valuing Ask at £213m.  Askhad earlier received an offer worth 184p from City Centre  when wesuggested "awaiting events".   Good call.   The shares have risen a handy 61% since we made Ask a front page write-up last June.  Accept the offer. ...
