Babcock announced that trading remains in line with expectations, with its long-term framework agreements ensuring the order book remains a very solid £6bn. The largest division, Marine, continues to perform well, while margin performance is excellent. The latest framework with the MOD should be signed before the financial year-end, while the Queen Elizabeth aircraft carrier is making good progress with the bow section of the first vessel expected to arrive at Rosyth by the end of March. Elsewhere, a bit of a mixed bag.
