Following a meeting with management, broker N+1 Singer has released a new note with a price target of 630p. Key notes include opportunities to improve the buying & merchandising processes with the potential to reduce stock by phasing orders and reducing upfront buying commitments, allowing N Brown to adapt quicker to trends and weather patterns etc as well as releasing working capital. There's also an opportunity to improve supplier terms, which are not as competitive as they might be.
