The shares went back over £7 after Playtech announced that both revenues and adjusted EBITDA will be “comfortably in line with consensus,” representing significant double digit growth versus the year ended 2013.UBS notes that consensus implies 21% revenue growth in Q4, a slight slowing on Q3 (+25%), but a continuation of the pick-up post H1 (+12%).The broker also notes that now the point of consumption tax on online gambling has been introduced in the UK, further regulatory threats are subsiding with the Secretary of State for culture, Sajid Javid, ruling out further restrictions or negative measures for FOBTs.
