Cranswick’s bull run has amazingly long legs, with the shares having registered a new high over the month of 2093p, before the recent pull back.The catalyst was its Q3 update showing like-for-like volume growth in the quarter of 10% and 4% revenue growth, the balance reflecting the pass-back of lower pig prices to consumers. Exports grew strongly including a fantastic 28% rise in volumes to the Far East. Net debt rose from £5m to £18m due to an expected seasonal increase in working capital but well within its £120m banking facility.Tipped at 1158p in August ’13, the gain is now 64%.
