Shares in the Vimto soft drinks owner, Nichols, registered an all-time high of 1662p in early January.Supporting the gains was a bullish update, with group revenues up 7.3% to £117.3m. In the UK sales rose 6.9%, driven by Vimto, which grew 5% and incremental revenues from recent acquisition, The Noisy Drinks Co. This performance massively outperformed the UK soft drinks market, which grew just 0.8%.International sales increased 8.8% to £26.6m, with H2 particularly strong at +c.19% owing to the timing of Ramadan.
