The shares inched to a new high of 191p in January before retracing. Helping were the interim results showing progress with pretax profit increasing 6% to £32.9m and eps rising almost 10% to 6.4p helped by currency movements. Net cash fell from £68m to £47.1m, following dividend payments (£34.6m) and investment in future growth (£34m).At constant currency, revenues were flat but that masks a strong performance from laundry, where revenue rose 75% to £17.3m, driven by a 48% increase in units to 2,332 and an 8% rise in average takings per unit.
