Lok’s merry run has continued, with the shares above £10 for the first time, well above the 211p at which I originally wrote them up in June 2014 (and again at 560p in August ‘20). The self-storage group said first half trading had been strong with revenue up 34.1% driven by occupancy rising 6% and pricing 18.5% over the past 12 months, metrics almost unprecedented (see Safestore update). The fully funded pipeline of 12 stores, which will add 49% to owned trading space, is progressing well.
