After issuing three profit warnings, it was a relief Vistry now expects to meet revised guidance with adjusted pretax profit expected to be c£250m (FY23: £419m) for the year ended 31 December 2024. Total completions rose 7% to around 17,200 (FY23: 16,118) of which 12,600 were partner funded (+18% year-on-year) and around 4,600 open market (down 15% in a “constrained” market reflecting mortgage affordability issues.) Adjusted revenues rose 9% to £4.4bn. Forward sales were £4.4bn, down from £4.5bn a year ago. Net debt was c£180m, up from £88.8m a year ago but £20m lower than revised guidance.
