Connaught - Â£19 billion social housing maintenance backlog

Connaught's mainstay is the provision of property related support services, (regeneration and maintenance), to the social housing and commercial sectors. The company is a major beneficiary of the Government's desire to improve the creaking fabric of its network of social housing, which had previously been neglected for many years. Theinvestment opportunity is compelling because analysts estimate there isa Â£19bn backlog and Connaught, in spite of its established position, has barely scratched the surface, with its market share hovering around2%.
