A recent prediction from broker Goldman Sachs, anticipating that the oil price is in the early stages of a "super spike" and could reach US$105 a barrel has renewed investor interest in fast growing oil producers. With shares in TMI favourite, Burren Energy, continuing their ascent, we met again with chief executive, Finian O'Sullivan, the day after Burren released another set of excellent results. Burren, whose main oil exploration and production interests are situated in the Caspian region and in West Africa, has established a record which others can only hope to match.
