With the shares having fashioned a useful uptrend since our main recommendation last August, when the price was just 191p, Office2office has now unveiled excellent final results for the year ended 31 December. Pretax profit increased 39% to £9.4m from turnover up nearly 13% at £142m, while earnings rose 38% to 16.6p (30.3% tax charge). The key financial indicators showed good progress, with operating margins rising from 6.1% to 7.1%, while the group produced nearly £11m of net cash inflow, which transformed its net debt of £7.2m into net cash of £0.5m.
