In its second half trading update for the period to 31 March, global information services provider Experian noted a 12% increase in sales at constant exchange rates, of which 8% was organic growth. All of its four divisions made good progress with the largest side, Credit Services, which operates consumer and business databases, seeing 5% growth, compared to a flat first half. Of the three smaller divisions, Decision Analytics (credit scoring) and Interactive, which owns various price comparison websites, enjoyed strong double-digit organic growth, while Marketing Solutions saw sales in line with last year.
