The announcement that two non-exec directors have sold 12m shares (or 10%) while retaining c. 15% has dragged the price back towards where we tipped them a year ago but Kentz has nevertheless made great strides in that period. Final results for the year to 31 December showed turnover rising 29% to US$1.37bn (beating Oriel's forecasts of US$1.28bn). Although pretax profit, which rose 18% to US$79.4m and eps, which increased 23% to 49 cents (31p), were only “in line†this reflected extra investment, plus one-off costs associated with the move to the Full List.
