The shares fell out of bed after full year results unveiled a 45% increase in revenues to £546m. That comfortably beat consensus forecasts of £525m, while underlying EBITDA and eps rose 42% and 38% respectively to £164m and 16.8p. But investors were spooked by new guidance that due to significant investment in 2018 (in brand, developing markets and delivery logistics, partly to ward off increasing competition in Australia and New Zealand) 2018 headline EBITDA will be £165m-£185m versus original forecasts for £215m-£235m.Just Eat, the largest online marketplace for delivering takeaway food, reported a 19% increase in orders in the UK, leading to a 28% rise in revenues and EBITDA to £30 ...
