After its relentless climb since our original tip in April holiday parks owner, Parkdean, has just released a buoyant trading update for the key summer holiday season.  Like-for-like holiday hire revenuein  company owned accommodation is 14.3% up on 2002, which has been driven by investment in new caravans and further growth in short breaks in the spring and autumn "shoulder" periods. Broker, Charles Stanley, notes that although the hot summer won't have helped much because the group has fixed capacity and all the parks are fully bookedwell in advance, it should help underpin demand for this autumn and into next year.
