With a glowing reputation for bringing new platinum mines into production on time and to budget, Aquarius Platinum has won a tremendous fan club among investors and the shares have appreciated considerably over the past 18 months (as the graph opposite shows). However, we believe there are still significant gains to be had given that at the current stage in its development, Aquarius offers shareholders the best of both worlds. On the one hand there is plenty of growth still to come, with production expected to increase from 450,000 platinum group metal (PGM) ounces to 650,000 ounces by the end of 2007.
